Also featured in this new document drop seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by building homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in red pen markings and contains a notes section identifying different areas of the property.
Alongside this are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as designs for dock shelters.
